Why should I update the app?
We are constantly working on providing the best gaming experience for you and from time to time we upload new updates to the game, whether its bug fixes or new machines.
Please make sure you are running the latest version of Slots Deluxe, as running an old version may cause loading issues. In case you continue to experience continuous loading problem, please install our lastest version.
This will not influence your account and your progress will be kept, along with your balance.
All purchases via the Google Play Store are made through the payment method that is assigned to your account and Slots Deluxe has no control over this.

Please note that during periods of high traffic, it can take some time for the purchased goods to appear in your Slots Deluxe balance.
Also, on occasion payments may be cancelled by your payment provider or the Google Play Store due to a number of reasons. These cancelled transactions may show up in your bank statements as a pending payment but it was in fact cancelled and you will not be charged for it. You should also receive a notification with the details of the requested transaction and a notification of cancellation.
In case you wish to contact Live Support regarding purchases made, please provide the date and amount of purchase in question and any transaction receipts you may have.
How do I move my progress to a new device?
While playing Slots Deluxe on a mobile device there are two game modes: One option is to choose to connect through your Facebook account (or Google, Yahoo, MSN, Twitter, IGG account) and the second option is guest mode, in which case you play outside of any platform.
The only way to transfer your balance from one mobile device to another is by connecting both of them to Facebook (or Google, Yahoo, MSN, Twitter, IGG account).
When you connect your device to Facebook (or Google, Yahoo, MSN, Twitter, IGG account), you should see the option to merge your account. When you see that option, click Yes. When you get your new device, please do the same and your balance and progress in the game will be kept.
How can I disable the sounds of the game?
If you wish to play quietly, all you need to do is go to the ‘Settings’ (on the top right of the application screen) where you have the option of turning off the Music & Sounds.
How can I uninstall the game from my Android?
Think again – do you REALLY want to do that? Well, if you’re sure about it, just go back to the Android market, search the application, press on ‘Slots Deluxe’ and at the bottom of the screen you’ll see the ‘Uninstall’ button. Another way to uninstall is from your phone menu – go to the ‘Manage application’ section and uninstall from there.
