If the first stage is not unlocked then you will need to report to the service center via the link ingame.

Im just curious if there is a way to rotate my avatar? It was taken correctly, just uploaded ninety degrees. I retried and same thing. If its not possible to fix here, then i can try rotating it in an art app hopefully. Thank you for your kindness by the way firstlady
