I have recieved today my bonus, I dont see a problem with it.
Can you try restart your device or log out and login back?
Then you can try reinstal your game and login back again.

Also be sure, that your mobile allows apk updates or if you have updated game client.
Actual version is: 1.4.1 (4180)

I play this game on my iPod, I had the same problem. I loged out then logged in and it worked for me. Please try that and if that doesn't work feel free to contact us again or head on over to Live Support.
