I really like this game! However, I don't understand why some give such negative feedback. I mean it's only a game for enjoyment. It's absolutely not like dropping a few grand at a real casino then losing it all. As with all games, on any platform, there will be glitches that happen, it's just the way it is. Like FB, if you don't like a post, scroll on by and try to be a positive person and let it go. "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all". Same for this game, you can always put the proverbial quarter in and start over. Some think you get ripped off...um why? It's free to play. You don't have to purchase coin or gem packs to enjoy the game. Programmers spend a lot of time making these games to break from the reality of life for a moment, so just chill out and enjoy the game and if you feel this game isn't good, keep scrolling and just keep the negativity to yourself. Your negative comments do nothing but drive other potential players away who otherwise might love it but will not give it a second thought because some say "rip off", 'sucks", "scam', etc...  Good grief,  it's FREE to play.

Some people can't deal with loosing and can only justifiy it by placing blame on the company.8-)

Sounds like you're fairly new to this Game. Bc those of us who started playing years ago, remember the good times. There were better Odds, Bigger Wins, ALOT more Coins given for Free and the Daily Tournament. I like this game, but it has gotten Worse with each Update. It's thee ol' Bait n Switch.

I do send Feedback Emails to IGG almost every day, on Issues and Improvements.  But the AUTOMATED response is always the same  : " Please send us a Screen Shot and Time and Date stamp ". So I come to the Forums to Vent, since the Customer service Dept. IS a Joke. If there's another Avenue, please let me know..
