The relevant staff has informed me that they are reviewing the issue and will be adjusting the exp required to move to the next level.

Changes & Fixes:
1. Added special graphic effects to Daily Tournament rank and point changes, and point-reward reminders.
2. Adjusted Gems required for Metagame and Guess & Win
3. Increased EXP needed for leveling and the rewards
4. Improved odds for winning in Tournament. Prizes changed to reward redemption.

This is anounced in play.google.com

What does that mean. Would be fine that IGG announce the specific changes

Please don't delete the app. Igg can be very helpful . If you like I can provide my assistance in the situation as well. Start by giving a detailed description of the issue.. also did they state that nothing had been changed? Have they emailed you or only spoken within the center? If only through the center try contacting them through email at Help.slots@igg.com
